We have an entire menu of available "extras" for boarding pets, such as playtimes, extra walks & special feedings, in addition to our standard lambswool bedding and pet costs.
Our in-house pharmacy offers many special services for your convenience. We offer a 24-hour Prescription Auto-Refill Hotline at 704-552-7694 ext 16. If your pet is on a prescription medication with authorized refills just call this number, leave us the requested information and we will take care of the rest! Our internet pharmacy (link) offers great prices and home delivery for prescription medications as well as over the counter products, including prescription diets.
Pet selection and behavioral consultations are available to make your pet experience more rewarding.
Our five doctors have more than 90 years of experience among them. Our investment in continuing education insures your pet’s doctors are up to date on the latest medical and diagnostic information. Each doctor is required to attend a minimum of three days’s continuing education courses per year, and often, our doctors double or triple this level of training.
Monthly staff training insures our veterinary health care team is knowledgeable about products and services important to your pet’s health, and help to maintain focus on excellence in customer service.
In addition to our veterinarians, Sharon Lakes Animal Hospital employs 7 technicians, 4 vet assistants and 6 receptionists! We encourage you to get to know our staff – we especially appreciate relationships with our clients.
